Chairman of the Board Julien Seligmann
Director of TDF Group´s Media Services Division. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of the Corps des Mines et Télécoms, Julien Seligmann began his career in 1994 in the international networks division of France Telecom. In 1998, he joined France Telecom GlobeCast and was responsible for Engineering and Special Events. In 2002, Julien decided to venture into starting up his own business and with his partners created SmartJog, where he became CEO. In 2006, SmartJog became a subsidiary of the TDF Group and Julien remained in charge.
Board Member Aymeric De Cardes
Director of International Development, TDF (France), in charge M&A and International development. MBA graduate from the Wharton School in Philadelphia. Aymeric joined TDF International Development in 2007. Before TDF, Aymeric held positions of COO at Integra, a European ISP & Hosting provider sold to Verizon in 2001, of Managing Director at WorldSpace Europe and has been in charge of development project in mobile broadcast for SES. Prior to this, he has held Senior Manager position at AT Kearney and worked for Merrill Lynch in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Board Member Nicolas Decroix
Chief Financial Officer of the Media Services Business Unit. Graduate from the Ecole de Management de Lyon (EM Lyon). Nicolas joined TDF in 1991 as deputy manager in the Treasury Department, where he was mainly implied in TDF Mergers and Acquisitions operations. From 2000, he has been CFO of different TDF Group subsidiaries. Before entering TDF, he has been Consultant during 2 years in organisation and information systems.
Board Member Regis Martin
CEO of Cognacq-Jay Image (CJI) since June 2010. Graduate of Ecole polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech. Regis also holds a MBA from INSEAD. He began his career in 1986 at TDF, as field engineer in the South-East region, was head of field operations in Grenoble (1992-1994), advisor to the CEO of TDF (1994-1996), deputy head of TDF telecom BU (1997-1999), then head of the South-West region of TDF (1999-2003). From 2003, he takes business development responsibilities in the corporate team of TDF; in 2009, he also seconds the head of TDF international BU.

Entrepreneur. In the 70th and early 80th founder of, or management role in Amerikanska Filmimporten, Biograf AB Centrum and Serno. 1985-1999 Gruss & Co, private investment firm, Wall Street, New York. Nominated Entreprenuer Of The Year, 2011. Founder of Qbrick.
